The person must have been born or must have died in Delhi. We do not handle certificates from other states or municipalities. Documents and physical copies are delivered to any address across India.

    Digital Certificate Shared

    Upon successful processing, your official document or certificate is shared with you in PDF format via WhatsApp. This is the primary delivery mode for all digital-only orders.

    • Confirmation of delivery logged in your order record

    Print & Physical Dispatch

    If you selected the print and dispatch option, a printed copy of your certificate is dispatched to your provided address via courier after digital delivery is confirmed.

    • Physical dispatch available only where option was selected at time of order
    • Courier tracking details shared once the shipment is dispatched
    • Dispatch timelines communicated as part of the service description
